We are currently partnered with a well-established organisation who are looking for a sole Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The role will be responsible for managing the entire payroll function ensuring timely processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end to end payroll for c700 employees
- Oversee multiple LGPS schemes ensuring correct calculations and contributions
- Manage all starters, leavers, pay changes etc
- Drive continuous improvement to the payroll function to improve productivity and efficiency
- Act as POC for all queries around payroll and pensions
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations
