Join Us as our US Curriculum Lead in Learning and Development! We’re looking for an Experienced Manager to lead the development of our US Curriculum within the Audit Stream L&D team.
About the Role
As our US Curriculum Lead, you will manage the entire learning process for our US offering, transition the curriculum into Audit Stream L&D, work closely with US practitioners, oversee the QC1000 response, and directly influence learning strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition plan for the US curriculum, addressing compliance, delivery risks, and managing the change process.
- Develop and deliver high‑quality, impactful and innovative content.
- Build strategic relationships with SMEs, Global L&D, and the US firm.
- Support the evaluation of learning impact and effectiveness.
- Bring fresh ideas to support effective learning solutions.
- Support the QC1000 process, optimising systems, processes and controls.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Manager with an audit background and recent US experience.
- Experience authoring learning content and/or facilitation (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong relationship and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with change programmes beneficial.
- Interest in developing self and others through high‑quality learning.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong data‑analytics and problem‑solving skills.
- Understanding of business strategy and a focus on delivering effectively.
