Join us in delivering a compassionate, customer-focused service that supports vulnerable and at-risk customers to sustain their tenancies. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, you'll take a person-centred approach to empower individuals while helping to deliver key objectives within our Neighbourhood Strategy.

What do our Wellbeing Officers do:

  • Build strong, effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to support customers holistically.
  • Assess at-risk customers and deliver targeted interventions, including referrals and signposting to appropriate support services.
  • Manage and monitor cases, ensuring customers have all support in place.
  • Provide proactive, person-centred support through home visits, crisis intervention, and multi-agency working.
  • Contribute to service improvement and the Neighbourhood Strategy, using insight and case management to enhance customer outcomes.

What we are looking for:

  • Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
  • Experience of advocacy on behalf of customers.
  • Good understanding of mental health and vulnerable customer needs.
  • Experience of working with customers with Mental Health and Vulnerabilities, along with relevant partners.
  • Managing and prioritising a demanding workload.
