Hi, I'm Mandy. I work with the operations team and will be managing our virtual nursery in the North West. I have 35 years of early years childcare experience in multiple roles including Nursery Manager & Area Manager. I'm passionate about nurturing children's learning and development and creating a space where every child can thrive.
Our virtual nursery in the North West will cover the following nurseries: Cherry Tree (Wa2 7BS), Old Crofts Bank (M41 7AA), The Learning Hive (M34 5GB), Alexandra Park (M16 8PH), Wilmere Lane (WA8 5UR). We work with a wide variety of nurseries where our experienced team brings strong early years expertise. We tailor our approach to suit each child's pace, personality and interests, ensuring they feel supported, seen and celebrated.
What is a virtual nursery? We are building a dedicated team of experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to support our nurseries within the North West area. This support team will help maintain high standards of care and education across our settings. In this role, you will work closely with the Nursery Managers to provide day-to-day cover and support where needed. Flexibility is key, as your schedule may vary week to week: Some weeks you may work across up to five different nurseries within the area. At other times you may be based at a single nursery for an extended period to provide consistent cover during holidays or times of increased need. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate educators who enjoy variety and are committed to delivering excellent early years provision across multiple settings.
About the role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator you will play a key part in keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily
- Seeking learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions
- Bonding with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

- Able and willing to work in multiple teams and provide support and guidance
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers and parents

Must haves
- Early years qualification at Level 3
- Experience of working with all age groups within early years
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
- Willingness to travel within the area
