Responsibilities
- As a Store Host, you will be the first point of contact for every client, welcoming them into the store.
- You will set the tone for a confident, feel-good shopping experience while supporting the team in delivering standout service, the Kurt Geiger way.
- Greet every client warmly, with confidence and kindness, creating an inviting and inclusive atmosphere.
- Direct clients to the right areas of the store, connecting them with the appropriate sales assistant to help shape seamless, personalised service journeys.
- Offer refreshments, ensuring clients feel appreciated and looked after.
- Support the store team by managing traffic flow and assisting during peak times.
