We are currently recruiting for a passionate and committed Deputy Manager to work alongside our Nursery Manager at our lovely nursery in Altrincham, Ivy House Day Nursery which is located on Regent Road. Come and join our team of inspiring and committed nursery practitioners who are all dedicated to providing the very best for our children and families.

We are a small group of 6 family run nurseries across South Manchester, who nurture and develop our teams. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is a natural leader and someone who is highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and creative.

As the Deputy Manager, you will receive dedicated, weekly Leadership Training and support to further enhance your skills and knowledge. As a group of 6 family run nurseries you will be part of our close team of leaders where there is plenty of Leadership opportunity for growth and development.

Our ethos is small and nurturing and this nursery has small groups of children to ensure we are able to give children our time and attention. Our aim is to nurture and develop all our staff who work for us.

As Deputy Manager working with us, you will receive a competitive salary, excellent training and support as well as a lovely environment to work in. Your role will be to lead, motivate and inspire your team to ensure the nursery provides the best care and education for our children.

You will lead the team to high standards in teaching and learning and be involved in many of our events, awards and initiatives to ensure our children receive the best start.

Qualifications Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 and or above childcare qualifications.
