Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm. No weekends! Full-Time (PIP and WCA) and Part-Time (WCA Only) Competitive Salary + Bonus

Salary £40,000 + 5% salary bonus when training is passed, up to 10% performance bonus per year (PIP Assessor, 3 assessments per day) £42,000 + 5% salary bonus when training is passed, up to 10% performance bonus per year (WCA Assessor, 5‑6 assessments per day). Candidates should ideally be open to PIP or WCA depending on local availability.

Hours:

  • Full-time (WCA/PIP): Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Part-time (WCA Only): 0.6 FTE (3 days); 0.8 FTE (4 days); PT must work Friday and can choose remaining days.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face‑to‑face)
  • Review medical evidence and daily living impact
  • Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
  • Make objective recommendations based on evidence

This is an assessment-focused role - no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.

Training:

12-week paid training covering:

  • Assessment techniques
  • DWP guidelines
  • Report writing

You will be fully supported before working independently.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Registered Adult Nurses (NMC)
  • Occupational Therapists (HCPC)
  • Physiotherapists (HCPC)
  • Paramedics (HCPC) (PIP Only)
  • Pharmacists (GPhC) (PIP Only)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
  • At least 1-year active registration
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Confident IT and typing skills
