As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our facilities. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are kept to a high standard, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the department, consistently upholding standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning guest rooms, public areas and leisure facilities to our hotel standards.
- Paying close attention to detail by not compromising on quality standards.
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Reacting to guest requests so that we exceed expectations.
