Position: Production Operative

Location: Uckfield, East Sussex

Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 per annum plus excellent all round staff benefits, which include monthly company lunches, company branded clothing for staff, employee discounts on company products.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30-16:00 with a 30 minute lunch break.

Role based on the outskirts of Uckfield. There is plenty of free parking available on site for all staff but due to rural workplace location, you will need to be a driver and have access to your own vehicle.

We are very pleased to be working alongside our successful, modern and friendly client as they seek to recruit a full time permanent Production Operative to join their team at their site based close to Uckfield (in a rural location). Duties:

  • Labelling various types of packaging by hand and machine.
  • Making and packaging products by hand and machine.
  • Part of the job requires lifting boxes of around 15kg on a daily basis.
  • Adhering to company food hygiene standards.

  • Due to rural workplace location, it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport (no access to public transport nearby).
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
