With facilities and a team of highly skilled professionals, we are committed to delivering excellence in aircraft maintenance and engineering solutions. We currently have a vacancy for a training Office Administrator based out of our site in Lasham. The role will be reporting to the Training Manager and you will be providing general office/clerical duties for the Training Manager and Training Department.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Training Manager and Technical Training Developer with general administration.
- Assist with Apprentice Program administration and monitoring.
- Monitor and update Apprentice and Part 147 Instructor staff personnel files.
- Monitor training room availability and schedule room bookings.
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders, learning providers and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor, upload, review and update Part 147 Training School Centrik document's annual revision schedule.
- Daily monitoring of Part 147 Staff recurrency training requirements and assisting Training Manager with scheduling or arranging necessary training to remain current.
- Assist with arranging / organizing meetings, both online and inhouse.
- Assist the Training Manager and Technical Training Developer with Apprentice queries.
- Assist Technical Training Developer with Apprentice supervisory documentation and reviews.
- Handle GDPR and sensitive personal information as required by applicable UK Law.
- To assist with other admin functions from time to time within the department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, providing excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other admin functions as directed by the Training Manager from time to time.
The following skills, experience and capabilities are required:
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail: Must be able to efficiently handle critical forms and applications.
- Personnel Interaction: Will interact with apprentices and engineering professionals daily.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
