  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

Training

  • Begin your journey as a Property Manager with several days of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Impact as a Property Manager

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Coordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

Driving Requirements

  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
  • Full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
  • Full business use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position - must be evidenced at time of offer)
  • Progression within role will eventually result in a company car being provided to you

Terms & Conditions

  • OTE figure based on 21+ year old workers. Expected OTE for 18-20 year olds is £26,000 but with scope for more within our uncapped commission scheme.
  • Please note: If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
