Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply lifeguard procedures, including pool safety and first aid.
- Monitor swimmers, respond quickly to incidents, and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Previous lifeguard experience valued but not essential; training will be provided.
- Willingly learn, stay alert, and respond confidently in any situation.
- Friendly, approachable, with good communication skills.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in swimming – meet swim test: 50m in under 60s, 100m continuously front and back in deep water, tread water 30s, surface dive to floor, climb out unaided where pool design permits.
- Undergo and satisfactorily complete an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
