Location: The Imperial Torquay is a magnificent 19th Century 152 bedroom Victorian four star hotel, with breathtaking sea views and a host of leisure facilities. It is a short walk from the main train station and town centre, with on site staff parking and free use of the gym and swimming pools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sharpen your knife skills, cooking with the finest ingredients.
  • Maintain up to date allergen training and write the allergen matrix with the Head Chef.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and label food appropriately.
  • Share knowledge with Junior Sous, CDP, KP and Commis staff.
  • Manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Stay on top of ordering via Procure Wizard.
