You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and buy-to-let transactions
- Transfers of equity and property adjustments
- New build, shared ownership and Help to Buy
- Probate‑related property sales
