The Role - Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and buy-to-let transactions
  • Transfers of equity and property adjustments
  • New build, shared ownership and Help to Buy
  • Probate‑related property sales

The firm offers strong administrative support and efficient systems to ensure manageable caseloads and high service levels.

Your Profile

  • Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner
  • Minimum 1+ years' residential conveyancing experience (flexible for strong candidates)
  • Ability to run a caseload independently from start to finish
  • Strong client care and organisational skills
  • Both qualified and non‑qualified conveyancers considered
