We are seeking Associates, Senior Associates, and Principal Associates to join our expanding Capital Markets practice, which advises on domestic and international equity and debt offerings. The role involves working on IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, and NCDs, alongside leading issuers, merchant bankers, and global counsel.
Requirements:
- 1.5-7 years of relevant capital markets experience at a reputed firm
- Strong drafting, analytical, and regulatory skills
Additional Requirements for the Chandigarh Office:
- Candidates applying for the Chandigarh office should also possess some 20-40% of gross PQE General Corporate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing DRHPs, RHPs, prospectuses, and placement memoranda
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparing reports
- Advising on SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and stock exchange compliances
- Coordinating with intermediaries and regulators throughout the transaction lifecycle
