Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements such as service contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant laws.
- Track changes in corporate, labour, and data protection laws to support regulatory compliance and assist with statutory reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters; manage documentation and prepare case briefs, affidavits, and court filings.
- Conduct legal research on corporate law, recent regulatory updates, and case law; deliver actionable advice to support business and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with departments including HR, Finance, and Operations to advise on employee policies, internal governance, and legal risk areas.
- Assist in legal audits and recommend enhancements to compliance and risk management practices.
