  • Insolvency & Bankruptcy: Assisting in matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Insolvency Resolution Processes (IRP) across various forums (NCLT/NCLAT).
  • Commercial Litigation: Supporting the team in high stakes commercial disputes and tribunal appearances.
  • Corporate Advisory: Providing assistance in general corporate legal advisory and regulatory compliance.
  • Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for corporate transactions and advisory reports.
