Ratibz is a smart mobile application that helps dairy owners, subscription-based businesses, and local suppliers manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments - all in one place. We are growing rapidly and looking for energetic inside sales executives to expand our user base.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers and subscription business owners.
- Explain Ratibz features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone.
- Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Schedule product demos and assist prospects in app installation & onboarding.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve sales pitch and product.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Comfortable making 50-80 calls per day.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales preferred, but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet sales goals.
