If you're proactive, collaborative, and enjoy drafting and structuring contracts across jurisdictions, this could be your next step—especially if you have exposure to healthcare or technical legal contexts.
Overview & Key Relationships

You will thrive as a self-starter, demonstrating intellectual rigor, ethical integrity, and strong interpersonal skills. Your role involves coordinating legal strategy across teams and delivering innovative solutions. The environment is fast-paced and demands someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a firm understanding of internal priorities, legal deadlines, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities cover end-to-end drafting, vetting, and negotiation of commercial and non-commercial agreements, including software license agreements, NDAs, vendor and employment contracts, and research/service agreements. Your advisory role extends to corporate governance, international transactions, IP strategy, dispute resolution, and ESG compliance. You will manage the company's legal, secretarial, and IP portfolios, work with external counsel, support HR and policy matters, and collaborate with the Data Protection Officer. Your tasks also involve drafting legal frameworks, creating playbooks, and ensuring statutory compliance across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Secretarial & ESG Responsibilities
You will provide critical support in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives by helping frame the ESG roadmap, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders for its implementation. Your role also includes secretarial compliance—organizing board meetings, maintaining statutory registers, filing ROC returns, and ensuring overall corporate governance integrity. Being adept at managing ESG and secretarial functions will help the organization foster sustainable and regulatory-compliant growth.

Candidates should hold a law degree from a reputed institution. Experience in handling US or UK law matters is preferred given the global scope of some legal issues. You must deliver excellent legal judgment, articulate risk assessment, and demonstrate strong writing and drafting capabilities. Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills are vital.
