Reformed Theological Seminary in Tipton seeks a Pastor of Discipleship and Congregational Care to oversee ministries that facilitate deepening members' faith through discipleship and care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ministries that facilitate deepening members' faith through discipleship and care.
- Engage in various administrative and outreach efforts.
- Work closely with the Senior Pastor to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; seminary training preferred.
- 3-5 years of ministry experience.
- Full‑time position.
Compensation
Salary range is $55k‑$70k.
