SES Engineering Services are looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join our Central region focusing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects, based at our HMP Wayland project location, near Thetford. ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Site Managers are a valuable part of our business. The focus of this role will be to support the Project Manager in development of the construction programme, short term look ahead planning reports and equipment and materials schedules, and to provide excellent customer satisfaction while successfully managing staff performance on the project. As our Site Manager (Electrical) you will report directly into our Senior Site Manager and carry out the following duties:

  • Develop a daily key action plan that includes productivity and people management
  • Attend/Chair internal meetings with sub contractors on site progress
  • Review design drawings for buildability and coordination, raising RFI where appropriate
  • Manage the flow of sub contractor's design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
  • Assist the Project Manager and or Technical Manager to produce and monitor the MIRS
