We are currently in search of an experienced Restaurant Manager for our 3 Rosette restaurant: The Cliveden Dining Room. We are looking for an individual who will be entrusted with maintaining the smooth and impeccable operation of our restaurant, whilst empowering and leading our dedicated team to excellence. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to join our management team, making an important contribution by ensuring that Cliveden House remains at the forefront of our industry, not just in terms of service and hospitality, but also in maintaining the supportive work environment we champion for our team.
Qualifications
- Have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or similar establishment
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on teamwork
- Strive to create a team-centric work environment that fosters growth and mutual success
- Have a passion for culinary arts, wine, and the ability to impart your knowledge to the team
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to make quick, informed decisions
- Embrace high standards of guest satisfaction and team wellbeing
- Be proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software
