We are currently seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our esteemed guests at Cliveden House. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our reception and ensure an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanour, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Our ideal candidate should:

  • Possess experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar front desk role, preferably within a luxury hospitality setting
  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and lasting first impression
  • Embrace a hands-on approach in managing guest enquiries, arrivals and departures
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, multitasking efficiently to handle various reception operations
  • Show a commitment to providing exceptional service, promptly addressing guest needs with courtesy and efficiency
  • Display a keen interest in continuous improvement of reception procedures to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Be proactive and quick thinking, contributing to the efficiency and hospitality of Cliveden House from the moment guests arrive
