We are currently seeking an accomplished Head Waiter to support in leading our dining team at our renowned Cliveden Dining Room, distinguished with a prestigious 3 Rosette rating. This role presents an extraordinary opportunity to oversee the service excellence in our restaurant. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in high-end dining service, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an impeccable dining experience for our guests.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Possess a background in high-end dining service, preferable in a 3 Rosette or equivalent setting
- Lead and inspire our team to uphold and exceed the exacting standards of service and hospitality
- Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring that each guest receives personalized attention and experiences exceptional service
- Demonstrate a leadership ability and organisational skills in overseeing restaurant operations
- Show a commitment to creating a luxurious and memorable dining atmosphere
- Display a keen interest in continuous refinement of service procedures to meet and exceed the expectations of a 3 Rosette dining experience
- Be proactive and quick thinking, ensuring that every guest enjoys their visit to our Cliveden Dining Room
