The Role

You'll be the Manager's right-hand person, keeping our after-school clubs running like clockwork. From leading a brilliant team to dreaming up activities that kids actually want to do, you'll be the heartbeat of the club.

The Logistics

  • Term Time Only: 18.75 hours/week (2:45 pm - 6:30 pm, Mon-Fri).
  • OR Year-Round: Keep your afternoon hours in term time, and switch to 8-8.5 hour shifts (between 8:15 am - 5:45 pm) during the school holidays.

What you bring to the table

  • The Credentials: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Childcare.
  • The Brains: Great knowledge of the EYFS and a knack for staying organised.
  • The Spirit: Previous leadership experience and a "can-do" energy that fits our fun, fast-paced vibe.
