We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager to join our esteemed team at Cliveden House. This role presents an exciting opportunity to assist in the management of our bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for an individual with leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering excellence in beverage service.
Ideal Candidate
- Possess a proven track record in bar and lounge management or a related role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Assist in leading and motivating the bar and lounge team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations
- Embrace a hands-on approach, actively participating in bar & lounge operations and providing support to team members as needed
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, and the ability to guide guests in their selections
- Show a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Display strong organisational skills, managing inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks effectively
- Be adaptable and quick thinking, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise in the bar & lounge environment
- Prioritise guest satisfaction and work collaboratively with the team to create memorable experiences for guests at Cliveden House
