We are currently recruiting for an Agricultural Harvest Worker - Seed Operative (Temporary) to join our client in the agriculture and farming industry. This role supports mobile seed-processing units across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex and is ideal for candidates with experience as a farm operative, agricultural worker, or harvest worker looking for seasonal work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support seed‑processing operations as an Agricultural Harvest Worker.
  • Assist as a Seed Operative with machinery set‑up, operation and calibration.
  • Travel across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex to various farm sites.
  • Support daily farming and agriculture operations.
  • Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient working practices.
  • Liaise with farm staff to support smooth agricultural operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in agriculture, farming or harvest work (preferred).
  • Experience as an agricultural worker, farm operative or harvest worker (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for travelling).
  • Flexible to work long hours, weekends and early starts (around 6 am).
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
  • Reliable, hardworking and self‑motivated.
