We're recruiting on behalf of a premium serviced office provider in Central London, seeking a Temporary Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Location: Central London (Office-based)

Job Type: Monday - Friday, 8 - 5pm / 9am - 6pm

Salary: £19.23 - £21.63 plus performance-related bonus

Duration: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily operation of the centre, ensuring adherence to established service standards and procedures
  • Maintain professional client relationships, supporting onboarding processes and ongoing service provision
  • Supervise on-site team members, providing guidance to ensure consistent performance and service delivery
  • Conduct client viewings and provide support in relation to occupancy levels and associated activity
  • Liaise with facilities providers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Oversee administrative functions, including billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to client queries and issues in a structured and professional manner
