Permanent, 25 hours per week, Scale 5. Term Time, plus 5 days. Monday — Friday 6:00 am to 9:00 am, and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
We are looking to appoint an experienced, effective and motivated Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on an essential role in a happy, thriving and inclusive school. The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the security, cleanliness and maintenance of the whole school site.
- Ensure that the school complies with all current legislation relating to site safety and management.
- Promote and participate in achieving the most efficient and economic use of the school premises, plant, equipment and materials.
- Be a key holder for the school and be responsible for the routine and non-routine (emergencies) opening and closing of the premises.
- Manage the site contractors and the team of cleaners.
