As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of providing unparalleled support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience
- Work to deadlines while maintaining quality customer service
- Update and maintain customer records on an ongoing basis
- Provide support to sales teams, both field‑based and inside sales
- Promote products on call in line with relevant promotional activity
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate messages and build trust with customers and colleagues
- Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver the best customer care experience
- Team player, able to work towards common goals
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate; SAP experience desirable
