A leading Regulatory team are seeking an Associate Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to join their growing practice in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen, with a focus on telecoms and wider technology-driven regulatory work.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, internationally connected team working on complex and evolving regulatory issues across the UK and beyond. The role sits within a broader competition and regulatory offering, with close integration into a specialist technology, media and telecoms group.

The work is varied and high quality, with exposure to advisory, compliance and investigatory matters. You will also gain experience in emerging areas such as satellite services, cybersecurity and other developing regulatory frameworks impacting the sector.

The role will suit someone with a strong interest in telecoms regulation and wider regulatory issues, who is looking to build their experience in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Early involvement in client matters and business development is encouraged.

You will have:

  • 3-6 years' PQE or equivalent experience
  • Experience or training in telecoms or regulatory law

  • Exposure to in-house telecoms environments or satellite/licensing work would be beneficial.
