You will shape the client journey through leadership, coaching, and a deep understanding of our collections. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, driving both sales performance and brand loyalty.
- Take ownership of a product category, partnering with store leadership to maximize sell‑through and commercial opportunities.
- Coach and develop team members in real time, building confidence, capability and consistent service excellence.
- Set the standard on the shop floor, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Burberry experience.
- Strengthen collaboration across sales, operations and stock teams to enhance service flow and efficiency.
- Support talent development, onboarding, and engagement to build a positive, high‑performing store culture.

- Experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast‑paced retail or client‑focused environment.
