About the Role

As Team Leader - Residential Conveyancing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a busy conveyancing department. You'll oversee a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, while also mentoring junior staff and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support residential conveyancing transactions
  • Handle a diverse caseload including:
    • Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New-build transactions
