About the Role
As the Enablement Manager, you will lead and develop a diverse global team within Professional Data Services (PDS). You'll work closely with the VP and Director of PDS, focusing on employee development, capability building, and facilitating effective change across processes, technology, and team structure. This role is strategic and people focused—you will not be responsible for hands on delivery but instead will ensure teams have the clarity, support, and conditions needed to perform at their best. You'll foster collaboration, support continuous improvement, and act as a key connector across Cirium.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team with a range of technical and analytical skills.
- Align team members with PDS and Cirium strategy, fostering engagement and purpose.
- Build strong relationships and maintain open, consistent communication across the team.
- Cultivate an inclusive environment with high psychological safety to support innovation.
- Remove blockers, manage workloads, and enable individuals to grow and excel.
- Drive and support strategic and operational change, including process and technology improvements.
- Contribute to resource planning and talent development across the PDS function.
- Represent PDS across the broader Cirium organization, advocating for team value and impact.
- Track team performance, contribution, and value delivery.
- Carry out management responsibilities in line with RELX, Data Services, and Cirium processes (e.g., performance management, development planning, absence management).
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of supporting people's growth and performance.
- Comfortable leading a distributed, multicultural team in a fast paced environment.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change from design through to successful adoption.
- Experience managing teams in Agile or iterative environments.
- Excellent coaching, feedback, and development skills.
- Background in data analytics or experience with data analytics technologies.
- Ability to learn and navigate complex topics across multiple disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the aviation industry is beneficial but not required.
