I'm currently working with a leading Top 10 accountancy firm in Newcastle who are looking to bring in new talent to their tax team, with a strong Manager and Assistant Manager.

Your new role:

  • You will be joining a strong team of 30-35 staff assisting with the running and developing a tax portfolio and team.
  • Your portfolio will consist of a range of clients including OMBs, SMEs and large corporate.
  • Mixture of tax compliance and advisory work.
  • Typical work will include international tax matters, due diligence, R&D tax credits and other ad hoc tax advisory queries.
  • Management of junior staff and helping the team with growth plans.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Corporate tax background.
  • Compliance and advisory experience.
  • Experience working in a UK tax practice.
  • OMB and SME experience.
