Job Responsibilities
- Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
- Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to our range of services and maintain patient records and confidentiality.
- Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
- Process prescription requests.
- Utilise information systems to support efficient workflow processes.
Ideal Candidate
- Reception or customer care experience; excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
- Basic PC skills - Word, Excel, email.
- Ability to work within processes, procedures and maintain data security.
- Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.
