Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an Employee Relations Partner to join our busy People Services Team. Location Home Based with regular visits to our Tamworth Head Office and Services (as required). Reporting to Director of People Services.

We're looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join our People Services team and play a key role in shaping a fair, supportive, and high‑performing workplace. What you’ll be doing

  • Manage a broad range of complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and safeguarding issues.
  • Partner with managers to provide clear, pragmatic advice that leads to fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Coach and support managers through challenging conversations and formal processes.
  • Take ownership of cases from start to resolution, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Identify risks early and proactively manage potential escalation, including sensitive or high‑risk situations.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment law and regulatory standards.
  • Use ER data and trends to provide insight, identify themes, and drive improvements in people practices and employee experience.
