What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end talent assessment initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering key projects, including identifying high potential senior leaders, providing quality feedback, and implementing robust, fair, and inclusive assessment methods (e.g., assessment centres, interviews, 360 feedback).
- Manage assessment tools and vendor partnerships by selecting, implementing, and validating psychometric and skills based tools, while collaborating with external vendors to evaluate offerings and shape impactful solutions for selection and development programmes.
- Drive innovation and process efficiency by introducing modern platforms and tools to streamline senior talent assessment processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business aligned solutions by understanding organisational needs, tailoring assessment approaches, building buy‑in, and ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Leverage data and insights to inform talent decisions by analysing group trends, supporting leadership development initiatives, and providing market insights on emerging skills and skills based organisations.
- Develop and embed a robust skills framework by defining and maintaining skills ontology, governance, and data integration across systems, while enabling workforce planning, internal mobility, personalised development, and building organisational capability through training and advocacy.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong domain expertise and qualifications with significant experience in occupational psychology, senior leadership assessment, and skills focused roles, supported by a relevant degree in psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Advanced skills framework and innovation capability including developing global skills ontologies, leveraging skills data for workforce planning, learning, and mobility, and implementing innovative assessment solutions in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Project and technology proficiency with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, alongside experience working with HR technology platforms, talent marketplaces, skills intelligence tools, and AI‑enabled systems with sound governance awareness.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving mindset demonstrated through high levels of curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to operate effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and people focus with proven ability to influence and collaborate.
