As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. - Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
- Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
- Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs.
- Support new project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Recruitment or HR related internship experience is preferred.
- Language skills are required (German and French) in order to communicate with our German & French stakeholders across these markets.
- Demonstrate interest in human resource field.
- Keen to connect with people.
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for turning insights into action.
- Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Majoring in HR, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
