This role is responsible for delivering a high quality end to end lawyer recruitment program across the firm's UK and EMEA offices. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to advise on attraction strategies, market insights, and best in class hiring practices.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
- Manage end to end recruitment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies.
- Develop and deliver effective attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage high quality candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases.
- Produce shortlists aligned to role requirements and firm criteria.
- Support fair, consistent and inclusive assessment and selection processes.
- Manage offers, including advising on market positioning.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with internal processes and governance.
- Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging candidate experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

- Experience in lawyer recruitment, gained in house within a law firm, professional services or through a legal recruitment agency, ideally including international recruitment exposure.
- Proven track record of direct sourcing, talent pooling and market mapping in the UK legal market.
- Strong stakeholder facing experience, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to provide insight led recruitment advice.
- Experience using recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
