As part of a rapidly expanding independent pharmacy group, now 45 locations strong and supported by a team of over 350 dedicated colleagues, you'll step into an organisation that offers genuine career growth without losing the friendly, people centred feel where you're always valued as an individual. Hours of work: Week 1: Mon Fri. Week 2: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri + Saturday 9am 1pm.
Key Duties- Lead, mentor and inspire an experienced, supportive team
- Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of NHS and private services
- Drive the development and growth of private clinical services
- Build strong relationships with patients and deliver excellent clinical care
- Contribute to business success through high-quality service and effective team leadership
- Salary Range - £52,000 - £64,000 depending on IP status
- 34 days holiday per year (includes public holidays)
- GPHC fees paid
