A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing team in Swindon.
THE ROLE
- You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, acting for a broad range of clients and handling transactions from instruction through to completion.
- You will be responsible for Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build transactions, Transfers of equity and Remortgages.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
- You will be technically strong and confident in handling a busy caseload.
- Commercially aware and client-focused.
- A natural relationship builder.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
