Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

Overtime Rate: will be confirmed during interview

  • Sunday: 05:00 to 11:00
  • Monday: 05:00 to 11:00
  • Tuesday: Day off
  • Wednesday: 05:00 to 11:00
  • Thursday: 05:00 to 11:00
  • Friday: 05:00 to 11:00
  • Saturday: 05:00 to 11:00

About the role

Responsibilities

You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself. You’ll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly. You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs. Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you'll be on top of monitoring and managing this, not just for yourself, but for all others on site. That might sound a bit daunting, but don't worry. We'll provide you with all the equipment and support you need.

To be successful in this role you'll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning. In previous roles you'll have been responsible for stock management and time recording, as well as dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
