The Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results, and smooth day to day operations. You'll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily operations of the centre to achieve business targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and front of house staff
- Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Managing stock control, costs, and overall centre profitability
- Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where needed
This role focuses on customer excellence, financial performance, operational control, and people management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast fit or automotive environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in a sales driven environment
- Good technical/mechanical understanding
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
