Our client in Sevenoaks is hiring a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer support and tailored solutions. This in-house role offers a fantastic opportunity to utilise your communication skills, develop industry expertise, and be part of a vibrant team.

What you will be doing:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist clients with account management, including setting up or updating details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
