Service Charge: The hotel pays a monthly service charge, typically around £150/month (£2000/year), which is pooled and shared equally among all team members. 100% of the service charge is distributed to the staff.
Role Summary: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will keep all front of house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome guests. Candidates with no experience are welcome; this role focuses on personality and attitude, and we provide the necessary training.
