Air Liquide is searching for a versatile Production Operative to join our Eynsham site and manage the end‑to‑end processing and distribution of helium. This is a hands‑on role that blends production, laboratory testing, and delivery to customer sites, so a valid HGV Class 2 license is essential.
Responsibilities
- Production & Filling: Helium tank decanting and filling of gas cylinders and cryogenic helium into dewers.
- Laboratory Testing: Testing of helium using Helium Gas Chromatograph.
- Logistics & Delivery: Responsible for the safe delivery of gas products to our customer base.
- Operations & Planning: Manage stock levels, input data into SAP, and plan filling schedules to minimize product loss.
- Site Maintenance: Utilize forklifts for yard work (training provided) and maintain a safe, hazard‑free working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid HGV Class 2 license (essential).
- Technical aptitude: Mechanical background or a strong technical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
