We are currently recruiting 3 Care Team Leaders to join our team across two shift patterns.
- Night Shift: 42 hours per week (8:00pm - 8:00am)
- Flexible Position: 42 hours per week, covering both day and night shifts
Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off, averaging 42 hours per week.

We provide first-class residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents, with luxurious facilities, landscaped gardens, and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Here, every team member plays a vital role in making a real difference every day and night.
As a Care Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the team - supporting and guiding colleagues to deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect while maintaining high standards across your shift.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the care team, ensuring staff are allocated effectively throughout each shift
- Managing all aspects of safe medication administration and handling
- Conducting care assessments and maintaining accurate, person-centred care plans
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues through supervision and development opportunities
- Monitoring compliance with CQC standards, policies, and best practice guidance
- Responding promptly to changing resident needs and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Creating a calm, safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and supported
What We're Looking For:
- An experienced and confident Care Leader, ideally holding a Level 3 Diploma in Care (or working towards one)
- Strong knowledge of care planning, medication management, and team supervision, ideally within elderly or dementia care
- A compassionate and approachable team player with a passion for delivering exceptional care
- Confidence using digital care planning and recording systems
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of your chosen shift pattern
