RECEPTION & GUEST SERVICES
The Reception and Guest Services team ensures exceptional service for every guest, welcoming over 300 daily check ins and check outs. They assist with procedures, provide information, and address concerns to create a warm atmosphere and a positive impression of the guest experience.
About the Role
- Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the Hotel, assisting with luggage where necessary and ensuring first impressions are both professional and friendly.
- Ensure Porters carry out their duties to departmental standards on a day to day basis.
- Store left luggage (e.g., for early arrivals or late departures) in the porter lobby, ensuring it is tagged and secured.
- Assist guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms as required, explaining bedroom facilities and Hotel services.
- Ensure all guest queries and enquiries are dealt with promptly, efficiently, and in a courteous manner.
- Be fully conversant with all facilities and services offered within the Hotel and the surrounding area.
