TES is seeking qualified and experienced rail possession management professionals to support works across the Sussex route. These roles are suited to individuals who are confident working within possession environments and who already hold the relevant competencies. You will play a key role in the safe planning, coordination, and delivery of possessions, working closely with Network Rail and other contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently. This is an opportunity to work with an established rail contractor that values experience, professionalism, and strong safety behaviours.
You will be an experienced rail professional and already hold the required competencies for possession management roles. Depending on the position, this may include EFAW (Elec), COSS, Possession Support, Level B Strapping and Level B Switching, Level A Procedure A, and PICOP.
